Bihar Resident
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar state. You should have been living in Bihar for at least 3 years in most cases. Some certificates like EWS require longer residency proof.
Age Requirement
Applicant must be 18 years or above. For minors, a parent or legal guardian can apply on their behalf. Birth Certificate can be applied at any age including for newborns.
Valid Identity
